PRICES
No two projects are the same. Costs vary depending on exact needs and circumstances. Please use the prices below only as a guide. You must discuss your project with our managers to determine actual costs. Figures provided before a project are only estimates. Final total costs will be based on actual goods/services provided and expenses incurred.

Standard gear package:

Full-day is based on ten hours starting and ending at Alt Gobo HQ in Arlington, Va. Can be 11 hours if a one-hour meal break is provided near mid-point of job.

Rate for single technical positions such as camera, audio, lighting, tape, etc. Contact us for directing, managing, and supervising positions. Assignments using client-provided field production gear (outfit similar in composition to Alt Gobo package) can be accepted only late in the business day before job.

* Half-days are restricted to 5 hours maximum. Hard out times. Job must end before or start after noon hour.

Post-production editing:
Deadline after production wrap.

PRODUCTION DISCOUNTS
A 10% discount is available to production jobs firm booked in advance based on the table below. Discount applies to Alt Gobo resources (crew and gear) only and may not be available for additionally rented gear, supplies, subcontractors, materials, recording media, and expenses. Job must be guaranteed (no cancellations) with a deposit paid by the advanced booking day. Discount also available if Alt Gobo has choice of production date(s).

This discount program is not available for aerial projects due to the variability of ideal flight and photography conditions.

OTHER DISCOUNT OPPORTUNITIES
NON PROFITS, GOVERNMENT AGENCY
If direct hiring organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit or a local, state, or federal government agency an additional discount is available when using crew/gear services. Contact us for details.

LICENSING
Consider sharing the licensing rights to the material. Depending on the nature of the production we can grant a license to use the material on a limited basis. If the material has potential value to other clients then we can also consider a licensing arrangement.

DEFERRED PAYMENT
In select circumstances consider a deferred payment plan. Services are provided at full price but payments can be due at a date well in the future or project milestone. Deferred payments do accumulate a finance charge so it will cost more the longer a client chooses to delay payment. This is available only for Alt Gobo resources. Services provided by third parties (crew, talent, music, services, equipment rental, special gear/software/prop/costume purchases) will have to be paid for immediately and can be done directly or through Alt Gobo with a 20% service charge.
